As Kirsty and Phil will attest, location plays a huge part in choosing somewhere to live. At HomeViews we understand how important the setting of a home is to our reviewers, and how much the big draws differ depending on your life stage and preferences. City central is brilliant for some, while countryside surroundings appeal to others. You’ll find a speedy commute at the top of the lists of many. On the other hand, others are more interested in easy access to shops and schools.
Along with writing a minimum of 200 characters and giving an Overall rating, each HomeViews reviewer is asked to rate their development out of 5 in a number of different categories – Location, Design, Facilities and Value. This week, we’re focusing on what Location means to the HomeViews community.
We ask each reviewer to rate their development location out of 5 – a score for the immediate surroundings and desirability of the development’s setting. We also ask what they like and dislike about the local area. Here’s what you’re telling us about some of your favourites…
