Resident profile Michael is a 24-year-old actor from Sweden, who purchased his two-bedroom flat at Pan Peninsula back in January 2018. He previously lived in Marner Point – a property that was bought for him and his sister by his parents, close to where they were studying at the time. He paid £675,000 for his property at Pan Peninsula.

The selection process Michael often works from home, and wanted a development with a good line-up of facilities and a location with lots going on. He narrowed his search down to Canary Wharf…
“Coming from Sweden I was unfamiliar with the property purchasing process and our solicitor and the agents were very helpful. However we did view a lot of properties as we wanted to get a feel for them and see what the facilities were really like”.
