It’s been another busy week at Landlord Vision, here’s some of what we’ve been up to…
Calculation for adjustment periods
If you have a few days either at the start or end of a tenancy, Landlord Vision will calculate a pro-rata amount for those days based on the rent. We’ve now changed the calculation that Landlord Vision uses based on user feedback
If you don’t like the number that Landlord Vision comes up with, you can still enter your own one. Please let us know if you’d prefer to choose the old method, or a different one again
New Mail Merge tags
It has come to our attention that some people put several lines into the Street Address field when recording the addresses of their properties. It has further come to our attention that some people need to break out the address into multiple lines for forms and others need to keep it on the same line. So we now have the following mail merge tags to enter into your documents
$PROPERTY_ADDRESS_STREET$ – classic version, keeps the street address on one line
$PROPERTY_ADDRESS_STREET_MULTIPLE_LINES$ – new option, breaks the address out into different lines using the comma
$PROPERTY_ADDRESS$ – again, classic version, displays the whole address on one line
$PROPERTY_ADDRESS_MULTIPLE_LINES$ – new version, breaks the address into separate lines using the comma
These new features are now available to use on Landlord Vision with no need to update anything, not to mention our fabulous new website. Remember, if you have an issue please don’t hesitate to contact us through the help-desk (Help > Submit a Support Ticket.
